Off-Pitch by Offline
Off-Pitch is a bi-monthly platform for Offline members to actively engage in startup investments. Held virtually every two months, each session features 3 handpicked startups pitching their business ideas to an exclusive audience of 25 Offline members. It’s an opportunity to connect with and invest in promising startups in a focused, high-quality setting.
How it works
Offline brings together top founders and CEOs, including leaders from 12+ unicorns and global giants, who have IPO-ed or scaled companies in sectors like consumer-tech, fintech, D2C and many more. At Off-Pitch, you’re presenting to those shaping India’s tech renaissance.

- Apply using the form at the bottom of this page.
- Receive a direct invitation to pitch by mentioning the Offline Member who has referred you.
- If you have not been referred, Offline will review your application thoroughly and be in touch with you.
- Receive an official invitation from Offline, including pitch details and panel members.
PITCH
- 3 startups are selected for an Off-Pitch session, held virtually once in two months, attended by 25 Offline members. A list of participating Offline members will be shared over email 7 days prior to the session.
- Make your pitch within 15 minutes, and use the 10-min Q&A to go deeper.
- To ensure confidentiality, pitch decks will be shared only during the session, protecting founders’ ideas.

- Receive an investment confirmation email from Offline 7 days after delivering your pitch. Members invest directly into your startup’s cap table.
- Offline will take a commission on the total amount raised, reinvesting it for equity.
Referral & Application:
Offline members can refer startups they believe are ready to grow and encourage them to apply for Off-Pitch. Off-Pitch also directly invites applications.
Vetting Process:
Member-referred startups directly receive an invite to pitch. All other applications are reviewed internally first, and selected startups are invited to pitch.
Attend the Pitches:
Participating members attend pitches over a virtual session, where selected startups have 15 minutes to present, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. Each session will feature 3 startups. Pitch decks will not be shared prior to the session.
Direct Cap Table Entry:
Unlike traditional syndicates, members are directly added to the startup’s cap table, offering clear ownership and alignment with the founders.
Investment Confirmation:
Following the pitch session, members have 7 days to confirm their investment through a simple form. Offline will assist only with due diligence if needed, without involvement in any other processes.
How to participate in an Off-pitch Session:
Members receive notifications about upcoming Off-Pitch sessions, including details about the startups, session date, and time. Pre-registration is required to secure a spot.
Member Participation Guidelines
Members are encouraged to attend at least 3 out of 6 sessions per year to maintain consistency and ensure a fully engaged audience for each pitch.
Each session is limited to 25 members to maintain a high level of engagement and provide an intimate environment for meaningful interaction between investors and founders.
Members who register but miss more than 2 consecutive sessions without prior notice will lose priority for future invitations. This ensures sessions remain fully attended and participatory.
